Boiled Egg Recipe: How To Make Boiled Egg Stir Fry:
To make this dish, we need – boiled eggs, capsicum, tomato, onion, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, black pepper powder, whole red chilli and curry leaves.
Start by heating some oil and adding red chilli and curry leaves to it.
Then add ginger-garlic paste and stir everything together.
Add onions to it and fry.
Add tomato, capsicum, and other spices and cook everything together. Stir for 5 minutes.
Add boiled eggs (sliced into four pieces) and mix well.
Serve it hot. You have a slice of toasted bread by the side.
